With over two decades of experience in commercial equipment finance, Lucas brings a profound depth of knowledge and expertise to the organisation. Prior to his tenure at Angle Finance, he held senior leadership roles at Pepper Money, BOQ Finance, and CIT Group, where he specialised in Sales, Product, Credit, Operations, and Process Enhancement. His extensive background equips him with the skills necessary to drive operational excellence and innovation at Angle Finance. Lucas is passionate about innovation and customer-centricity, and he recognises the important role asset finance plays in enabling Aussie SMEs to realise their potential.

Lucas holds a Postgraduate Degree in Management from the University of New South Wales.
